I loved the spacious room with bright windows overlooking the pedestrian street, perfect for people watching. The kitchenette was a great feature, equipped with everything needed, including coffee and tea. Ana at the front desk was incredibly helpful, giving us personalized recommendations that enhanced our stay. The location was convenient for accessing all the nearby attractions. However, noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially on weekends. A double-glazed window would have helped with this. Also, the bathroom door needed maintenance since it squeaked loudly, but the staff eventually addressed it.

Huge bathrooms provide ample space, making it convenient even with extra amenities. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary, allowing for a comfortable stay without having to dine out every night.

Some rooms could use more attention to cleanliness, with issues like hair in the shower and dust on the skirting boards noted. Additionally, if you're sharing a space with three people in the Executive Triple Room, the bed sofa can feel cramped when trying to navigate the rest of the kitchen area.

The shower had hair in it, but the bed was really comfy.

The prime location on Calle Sierpes ensures easy access to all the main attractions, while the spacious room with excellent air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchenette allowed for convenient meal prep, complete with a coffee maker for my caffeine needs.

Had a fantastic stay! The huge bed and excellent AC made for a comfy night, though the noise from the street could be disruptive at times. I'd definitely come back.

Got a fab upgrade to a spacious room with a kitchenette! Location is prime for exploring, and the free coffee was a lifesaver! Great views of the shopping street and side alley to boot.

The air conditioning saga was a bit dramatic, like a bad soap opera. Also, the street noise made it feel like I was front-row at a concert—earplugs recommended!

The boutique hotel is exceptionally located with friendly staff ready to assist. Enjoyed the spacious room and the modern amenities made it feel like a home away from home.

Fantastic location. spacious rooms. the friendly staff even sent us extra Nespresso pods daily to keep our caffeine fix satisfied. Great kitchen amenities made it feel more like an apartment.

I stayed in the King Suite with Spa Bath for 2 nights and it was such a cozy spot! The room was super clean and had all the kitchen gadgets we needed, which made it easy to whip up coffee in the morning. The central location was a bonus, letting us walk to most attractions within 20-25 minutes. Just a heads up, there was noise from the street at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

i loved my stay at welldone sierpes boutique. the location is perfect, right in the shopping district, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions. my grand superior room was spacious and comfortable. The smart lock for keyless entry was really convenient. i appreciated having a coffee brewer and small fridge in the room, which made it feel like home.
